Cancellation Policy

Deposit:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you book. This helps us ensure commitment and manage our retreat planning.

Cancellation:

If you cancel up to:

• 8 weeks before the retreat you'll receive a refund of 50 % of the payment

• 6 weeks before the retreat you'll receive a refund of 25 % of the payment

• 4 weeks before the retreat, we are unfortunately not able to refund any payments

Life's surprises, such as personal emergencies or flight cancellations, aren't covered by our policy. To stay protected, we recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation coverage.
